Job Title: Project Manager – Refurbishment & Fit-Out

About the Role:
An established and growing construction company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Refurbishment and Fitout projects across Dublin. These works include apartment upgrades, balcony refurbishments, external cladding, roofing, and related envelope works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination experience, and be proficient in project management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover
- Oversee external and internal refurbishment works, including cladding, roofing, and balcony upgrades
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and programme adherence
- Prepare, monitor, and update project programmes using relevant software
- Maintain clear communication with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Strong knowledge of envelope works including cladding, roofing, and balconies
- Proficient in project scheduling and management software (e.g. MS Project, Asta, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard
- Full clean driving licence and relevant certifications
