Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

A well-established and highly regarded construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Operating across Cavan, Monaghan, Meath, Westmeath, and Louth, this contractor delivers a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects, and is known within the industry for professionalism, repeat business, and consistently high standards.
The Role
You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects or a large single project through all phases
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and design consultants
- Monitor programme, cost, quality, and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times
- Report progress to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within a small to medium-sized construction company
- Proven track record delivering construction projects successfully
- Experience across residential, commercial, or fit-out sectors (multi-sector experience desirable)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
