Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Co. Cavan

A well-established and highly regarded construction and insulation specialist is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. With an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential new-build and retrofit schemes in partnership with contractors and local authorities, the company has a strong pipeline of secured projects across Cavan, Monaghan, Meath, Louth, and Dublin.

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from planning stage through to completion
- Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure programmes are achieved
- Monitor project performance including quality, cost, and timelines
- Liaise with clients, contractors, design teams, and local authorities
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or technical issues
- Oversee procurement schedules and material coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
- Strong background in residential, retrofit, or similar project sectors
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
- Strong technical understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Full driving licence (essential)
