Salary/Package: Negotiable €80,000+ package
Projects: New builds, refurbishments & renovations (Residential, Commercial, Education & Retail sectors)
An established and highly respected construction contractor based in Cork is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.
With decades of successful project delivery across Munster, this contractor has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and long-standing client relationships. The company operates across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments and is known for delivering projects to a high standard, safely and on programme.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects to programme, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Liaising with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
- Overseeing procurement and cost control in conjunction with the commercial team
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the Irish construction sector
- Proven track record delivering residential and/or commercial project
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR
