An established and highly respected Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a project based in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the project from inception through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee programme management and resource planning
- Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all site activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Monitor financial performance and manage project costs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong background delivering commercial and/or residential projects
- Track record managing projects from groundworks to handover
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Thorough understanding of Irish construction regulations and H&S standards
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification
