Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Data Centre Project)
Location: West Dublin
Salary: €65,000 – €90,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor, delivering a major data centre project in West Dublin. This role is ideally suited to a driven professional with a strong civil engineering background and a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or data centre developments.
Working with a contractor known for delivering complex, high-value projects, you will take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a data centre project, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget
- Manage site teams, engineers, and subcontractors across all phases of the project
- Oversee project planning, including programmes, resources, and sequencing of works
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions proactively
- Control project costs, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance
- Drive quality assurance and ensure all works meet required specifications
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the wider project team
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering data centre projects or large-scale complex builds is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness and project planning capability
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- A results-driven approach with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
