Job Title: Project Manager/Operations Manager

An established and highly respected contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Project / Operations Manager to join their growing leadership team.
Known for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and specialist sectors, this company has built a strong reputation for excellence, professionalism, and long-term client relationships throughout Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead programme planning, coordination, and operational performance across projects
- Monitor project progress, budgets, labour, procurement, and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Drive health & safety compliance and promote best practice across all sites
- Identify risks, implement solutions, and maintain project momentum
- Mentor and support Site Managers and project delivery teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Site Management role
- Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, commercial awareness, and H&S regulations
- Lead meetings
- Experience working with main contractors is highly desirable
- Relevant construction qualifications/certifications preferred
