An established and highly respected Irish main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a prestigious construction project in Co. Clare.

The Project
The successful candidate will join a landmark hospitality development located on Ireland’s renowned west coast. This high-profile project involves works within one of the country’s most iconic and historic five-star destinations, requiring exceptional attention to detail, programme management, and quality control throughout delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a prestigious heritage-based development while working alongside an experienced and professional project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
- Maintain site records, daily diaries, and manpower tracking
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Implement and maintain health & safety and quality management systems on site
- Organise and lead daily whiteboard and coordination meetings
- Monitor programme progress and proactively plan future works to avoid delays
- Support project delivery from inception through to completion
- Manage procurement and requisitioning of materials to programme requirements
- Attend client, design, and subcontractor meetings as required
- Drive productivity, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the project
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Senior Site Management or Project Management role
- Strong background with main contractors on large-scale construction projects
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and site operations
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to build strong working relationships with project teams and stakeholders
