Project Manager – Construction | Galway
About the Role
A leading modular & Fitout construction specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team based in Co. Galway.
Operating from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the company delivers innovative modular construction projects across Ireland and Europe in sectors including Data Centres, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Education, and Residential.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects from factory production through to on-site installation and final handover while working with one of Ireland's leading modular construction businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award through to completion and client handover.
- Coordinate factory production, procurement, logistics, and site installation activities.
- Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Review technical drawings and project documentation.
- Oversee site installation, commissioning, and final handover.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
- Proven track record delivering construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, communication, commercial, and programme management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full clean driving licence.
