A leading property developer is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major mixed-use residential development in South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a landmark project comprising approximately 550 apartments, retail space and a three-level basement.
The Role
As Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the project from construction through to completion and handover. You will lead site teams, coordinate project stakeholders and ensure the development is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full construction project lifecycle through to handover.
- Oversee programme, budget, resources and project performance.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, engineers and subcontractors.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, design teams and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Set and manage project objectives, targets and key milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and industry regulations.
- Use project management tools and systems to support efficient project delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues while maintaining programme and commercial objectives.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working with a main contractor or developer in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget and cost control experience.
- Proven ability to lead construction teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant IT systems.
- Experience in RC frame residential and/or high-rise construction would be an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
