Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for high-end hotel and office fit-outs in Dublin.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Effectively manage and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end hotel and office fit-out projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
