Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for high-end hotel and office fit-outs in Dublin.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Effectively manage and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end hotel and office fit-out projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
