An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark 150-unit purpose-built student accommodation development in Dublin.

With a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, our client is recognised for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to excellence. The business has built an impressive portfolio of successful developments and continues to secure high-profile projects across Ireland through repeat business and a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from construction through to successful handover, while working alongside an experienced senior leadership team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project from commencement to completion.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality, and health & safety performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Identifying and managing project risks while implementing practical solutions.
• Driving high standards of workmanship and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Reporting regularly to senior management on project progress.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• A strong track record delivering residential, student accommodation, or large-scale building projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• A proactive approach with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HND or equivalent).
