Carpenter – Residential Projects | Dublin

About the Role

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join its growing team, delivering residential refurbishments, extensions, renovations, and new-build projects across Dublin.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a consistent pipeline of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of first and second fix carpentry.
• Work on residential refurbishments, extensions, renovations, and new builds.
• Install doors, floors, kitchens, skirting, architraves, staircases, and fitted joinery.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with project programmes.
• Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards on site.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and other trades.

Requirements

• Qualified Carpenter with proven residential construction experience.
• Strong first and second fix carpentry skills.
• Experience working on refurbishment and new-build projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full, clean driving licence preferred.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification are desirable.
