Quality Manager - Food & Beverage Processing

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for an impactful individual who can take on the responsibility of this critical role within the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products meet the necessary quality standards by running regular checks
  • Maintain the overall quality assurance program
  • Train relevant staff in quality assurance and production processes
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Raise quality-related concerns and advise on ways to improve processes
  • Analyze, compile, and present creative solutions to clients/project team
  • Work effectively with suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant Quality standards
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in the Food industry
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems and principles
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and the ability to think quickly and objectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
