Quality Manager - Food & Beverage Processing
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for an impactful individual who can take on the responsibility of this critical role within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products meet the necessary quality standards by running regular checks
- Maintain the overall quality assurance program
- Train relevant staff in quality assurance and production processes
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits to identify areas of improvement
- Raise quality-related concerns and advise on ways to improve processes
- Analyze, compile, and present creative solutions to clients/project team
- Work effectively with suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant Quality standards
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in the Food industry
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and principles
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Aptitude in problem-solving and the ability to think quickly and objectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
