Quantity Surveyor – Dublin (All Levels)
Talent Curve Recruitment is currently working with a well-established building contractor in Dublin who is looking to expand their commercial team by hiring a Quantity Surveyor at Junior, Intermediate, or Senior level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work across residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. The company has a strong reputation for developing staff internally and offers clear progression pathways for Quantity Surveyors at all stages of their careers.
The Role
- Commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and valuations
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Measurement, cost control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Preparation of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaising closely with site teams, clients, and consultants
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
- Experience at any level (junior through to senior considered)
- Background with a main contractor or fit-out contractor is advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple priorities
- Full driving licence preferred due to site visits
