Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Co. Louth
Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 (DoE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Precise Cost Estimates: Lead the preparation of accurate budgets, tender documents, and cost estimates.
- Monitor Project Costs: Track and control project costs, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with Contractors: Ensure all contractors and suppliers fully understand project specifications and stay compliant.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work independently and alongside a highly supportive commercial and multi-disciplinary team to guarantee the smooth execution of projects.
- Negotiate & Reduce Costs: Take the initiative in negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to drive cost reductions.
- Manage Commercial Risks: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate any potential commercial risks to safeguard project success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A University Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Industry Certifications (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders well-informed and engaged.
- Adaptability under pressure: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of work.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
