Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Co. Meath
Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 (DOE)

Talent-Curve is proud to partner with a leading contractor in the Power & Utilities space, known for delivering critical infrastructure solutions across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of works and continued investment in energy, power distribution, and utility infrastructure, they’re now looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on essential utility projects, working with a forward-thinking company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved in the full commercial management of utility and power projects, including:
- Managing the tendering and contract administration process
- Preparing, negotiating, and analysing project costs and budgets
- Overseeing procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Assessing and certifying interim payments and variations
- Preparing and reviewing interim valuations and final accounts
- Producing detailed monthly cost reports and forecasts (CVRs)
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborating with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Attending regular project and commercial meetings on-site and in office
What you need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in utilities, civils, power, or infrastructure sectors is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and industry software
- Strong communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple project.
