Quantity Surveyor - Civils
Location: Tipperary and surrounding counties
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000
We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering high-profile projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Some civil experience is desirable, but full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in quantity surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for civil projects
- Monitor project costs and assist in financial reporting
- Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget
- Support contract administration and procurement processes
- Learn and apply best practices in cost management for energy and infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- Some civil construction experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Motivated, professional, and willing to learn
