Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Co. Monaghan
Salary: €55,000 – €75,000
About the Company:
Talent Curve is recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor based in Co. Monaghan. Our client is recognised for delivering high-quality renovation, restoration, and extension projects across the Leinster and Dublin region. With a strong pipeline of work moving into 2026, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support the commercial management of multiple projects, working closely with project teams to ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and smooth delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs across renovation, restoration, and extension projects
- Prepare tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Assist with procurement, valuations, and variation orders
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- 5–6 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial refurbishment works
- Full driver’s license
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and organisational skills
