Our client is a well-established and highly respected main contractor with a strong presence in Cork and a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. Known for professionalism, long-term client relationships, and consistent project delivery, the company is continuing to expand and is seeking Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels to join its commercial team.
The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with site and project teams to ensure cost control and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare subcontractor packages and manage procurement
- Measure works and prepare valuations and variations
- Support cost reporting and final accounts
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Experience working with a main contractor or developer

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
