Quantity Surveyor – Cork
Salary: €55,000 – €80,000 (DOE)
Location: Cork
An established and highly respected construction consultancy based in Cork is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.
This consultancy has built a strong reputation in the Irish construction industry for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice across a wide range of projects. Known for its depth of experience, long-standing client relationships, and hands-on approach, the practice offers an excellent environment for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a well-regarded firm.
The Role
- Cost planning and cost control across projects from pre-contract to final account
- Preparation of estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
- Contract administration and valuation of works
- Managing variations and final accounts
- Working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience (consultancy experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and cost management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
