Job title: Sales Surveyor

A well-established and reputable specialist contractor delivering residential construction and retrofit solutions, is seeking to appoint a driven and experienced Sales Surveyor to join their team based in Co. Cavan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge with proven sales ability and is looking to grow within a successful and expanding company.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess projects and prepare accurate surveys and quotations
- Meet clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Provide technical advice on insulation and construction solutions
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and enquiries to secure new business
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track pipeline activity and report on sales progress
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales and/or surveying role within a construction environment
- Strong technical understanding of building methods and materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Full driving licence (essential)
