About the Company:
Our client, a prominent Dublin-based property developer, specialises in high-quality residential projects valued between €10M and €30M. With a strong track record and an ambitious pipeline of projects, they are currently overseeing 4 live projects in Dublin and expect to kick off 2 more later this year. As part of their expansion, a Senior Project Manager position has become available following an internal promotion.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a team of four Project Managers within a well-established and forward-thinking development team. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple residential developments in Dublin, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage a team of 4 Project Managers to deliver residential projects across Dublin.
•    Oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to project timelines.
•    Collaborate closely with the Construction Director and senior management to align project objectives and deliverables.
•    Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, consultants, and local authorities.
•    Ensure all projects meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
•    Develop and implement strategies for risk management and project delivery.
•    Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Construction Director.
•    Mentor and support the development of the Project Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
 

Skills & Experience Required:
•    A minimum of 6+ years’ experience in project management, with at least 2+ years in a senior role, specifically in residential developments.
•    Proven experience managing projects valued between €10M and €30M.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
•    Expertise in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
•    In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
•    Experience working with Dublin-based projects is a distinct advantage.
