What You’ll Do
As Senior Site Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert on site, ensuring works are delivered to exacting standards while supporting and mentoring junior staff. Your role will involve:

Overseeing accurate setting out and ensuring quality control across the project.

Providing technical support and problem-solving expertise to the project team.

Coordinating plant, machinery, equipment, and materials.

Leading site inductions and fostering a safe, productive work environment.

Attending and contributing to site meetings.
What We’re Looking For

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Proficient in setting out instruments with strong survey and levelling skills.

5+ years’ experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally on civil or public realm projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
