Job Overview:
The company requires an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site engineering, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site engineering activities for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for construction work.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior site engineers and site staff.
- Utilise engineering expertise to solve complex problems and challenges.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize risks and accidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, project management software, etc.).
