Senior Site Engineer – Dublin

About the Role

A leading Irish main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join its team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site engineering activities and support project delivery.
• Carry out setting out using robotic total stations, GPS, and surveying equipment.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and building regulations.
• Interpret drawings, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong setting-out experience using robotic total stations and GPS.
• Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
