Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer (Structural) to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Conduct structural analysis and design calculations using relevant software and tools.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve design documents, drawings, and construction plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • Member of IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers) with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
