Talent Curve is currently recruiting a Shift Mechanical Fitter for a major production facility located in the Dublin 22 area. This is a permanent position operating on a 12-hour shift pattern, offering a highly competitive rate of €30.00 per hour plus an additional shift premium.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown engineering across automated production lines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults rapidly to minimise site downtime.
- Overhaul rotating mechanics, including high-pressure pumps, commercial gearboxes, pneumatic logic, and multi-lane conveyor drives.
- Enforce operational risk controls, ensuring absolute adherence to site permit-to-work configurations and lockout-tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.
- Document wear profiles and update technical history logs alongside site reliability leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade qualification (e.g., National Craft Certificate / SOLAS / QQI Level 6 or equivalent).
- Practical experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, or heavy industry).
- Strong fault-finding skills across complex hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.
- Ability to work effectively and safely during busy 12-hour shift rotations.
