The Role
The Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support to project teams on site, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and compliance. This is a key role for maintaining accurate records, supporting project delivery, and enabling site management to focus on operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to site and project teams
- Manage site documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Assist in preparation of progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records for health & safety, quality, and project compliance
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support timesheets, material deliveries, and site logistics
Requirements
- Previous experience in a site administration or construction administration role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction documentation and processes is desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
