The Role

The Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support to project teams on site, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and compliance. This is a key role for maintaining accurate records, supporting project delivery, and enabling site management to focus on operational priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to site and project teams
  • Manage site documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Assist in preparation of progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records for health & safety, quality, and project compliance
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Support timesheets, material deliveries, and site logistics

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a site administration or construction administration role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and processes is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
