Job Title: Site Engineer

Salary: €65 - 75k + package

Location: South Dublin

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its delivery team on a large-scale residential project in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of façade coordination and setting out while working on high-quality developments within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate façade construction, including SFS, cement board, insulation, cavity barriers, ventilation grilles, balcony connections and brickwork finishes.
• Work closely with setting-out engineers to ensure façade works are completed within specified tolerances.
• Monitor and review concrete frame as-built surveys.
• Manage façade sequencing and coordinate works to programme.
• Assist with programming façade work packages and material scheduling.
• Ensure all works and materials comply with project specifications.
• Review technical drawings and identify design issues where necessary.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to the efficient delivery of the project.
• Promote high standards of quality, safety and site organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Site Engineer with a contractor in Ireland.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale residential projects.
• Proven experience coordinating brickwork façade systems.
• Excellent setting-out skills and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider project team.
