Site Engineer
Location: North County Dublin & South Dublin
Sector: Large Residential Housing Projects
Talent Curve Recruitment are seeking a Site Engineer for a contractor who currently has two active residential sites—one in North County Dublin and one in South Dublin. Both projects offer long-term work, with one just starting and an expected duration of around three years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the setting out of all civils elements on both sites. The contractor is looking for someone with solid setting out experience, a strong civils background, and the ability to see projects through from start to finish.
The Role
- Setting out both sites in line with drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all materials and work meet required standards
- Recording progress accurately in the site diary
- Providing technical and structural support on site
- Adhering to strict Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting Toolbox Talks
- Assisting with traffic management on site
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years’ relevant experience
- Strong setting out experience
- Civil Engineering degree or related qualification
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Full, clean driving licence
