Site Engineer – North Dublin
Salary: €50-70K + Package

Project Overview:

This significant residential development involves the construction of multiple apartment blocks and houses, along with associated site works.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Accuracy Verification: Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Design Interpretation: Monitor and interpret contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Setting Out: Use a variety of instruments to set out the project as required by the company.
Supervision: Supervise and monitor subcontractors' work.
Progress Reporting: Report progress to the Package Manager and highlight any issues.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Compliance: Adhere to planning, health and safety, and environmental standards.
Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting of data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
Additional Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company.

Requirements:

Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification
Driver’s Licence: Full clean, manual driver’s licence is essential.
IT Skills: Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience.
