Job Title: Site Foreman

A well-established and growing property development and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee operations on a major construction project in Sandyford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to take ownership of a busy site, lead teams effectively, and contribute to a high-profile development in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and meet project timelines.
- Monitor schedules and ensure works are completed on time and in line with programme requirements.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Manage manpower and site resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Site Foreman.
- Trade qualification (essential).
- Valid Safe Pass certification.
- Up-to-date Manual Handling training.
- Strong communication, organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
