A leading Tier one residential construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile housing development based in Donabate, North County Dublin. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale residential sites, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations on a large residential project, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget
- Coordinate project scope and manage risks across the site
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across all teams and subcontractors
- Attend and lead Health & Safety meetings to ensure ongoing compliance
- Ensure all materials are identified and ordered in alignment with the construction program
- Manage direct labour and subcontractor performance across all stages of the build
- Supervise the broader site management team to ensure alignment with programme milestones
- Maintain strict quality assurance processes and reporting structures
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma/ relevant trade experience
- Proven experience in site management roles on large-scale residential developments
- Deep understanding of current Irish building regulations and certification standards
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to construction delivery
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively
