A leading Tier one residential construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile housing development based in Donabate, North County Dublin. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale residential sites, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations on a large residential project, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget
  • Coordinate project scope and manage risks across the site
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across all teams and subcontractors
  • Attend and lead Health & Safety meetings to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Ensure all materials are identified and ordered in alignment with the construction program
  • Manage direct labour and subcontractor performance across all stages of the build
  • Supervise the broader site management team to ensure alignment with programme milestones
  • Maintain strict quality assurance processes and reporting structures
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma/ relevant trade experience
  • Proven experience in site management roles on large-scale residential developments
  • Deep understanding of current Irish building regulations and certification standards
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to construction delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively
