An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and reputable residential developer on a landmark £20M housing project in Enniskillen. This is a full-time, site-based role overseeing the successful delivery of a multi-phase residential development over a 3-year period.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring programme targets are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
- Report progress to senior management and liaise with design and engineering teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Full UK driving licence.
