Job Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of residential project in Waterford City, overseeing every aspect to guarantee successful completion. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in managing residential developments, bringing leadership, expertise, and a commitment to excellence to our dynamic team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilise your extensive experience in managing residential projects to navigate and overcome unique challenges.
  • Implement best practices to optimise the construction process.
  • Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to uphold construction standards.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large projects, with a focus Residential developments.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
