Job Title: Site Manager - Commercial Projects

Position Summary:
Currently searching for an experienced Site Manager to join and lead commercial projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to support project schedules and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.
- Document and report any deviations from project plans or specifications to project management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including sequencing of work activities and resource allocation, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Communicate schedule updates and any changes to project scope or requirements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate site teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Health and Safety qualification (e.g., Safe Pass, CSCS) is preferred.
- Third level qualification in Construction Management or related field is advantageous.
