As They continue to expand operations, we are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to join in North Dublin and oversee our upcoming projects, starting with a logistics centre.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead and manage construction activities at our project site in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site, with a focus on a logistics centre project in North Dublin.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily reports, progress reports, and quality assurance documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and issues, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, with a successful track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
