Job Title: Construction Site Manager/Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Manager to join. The successful candidate will oversee and manage construction projects across Northern Ireland, ensuring that residential and commercial projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases are completed on time.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs, providing regular financial updates to senior management.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with building regulations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements in Northern Ireland.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites across Northern Ireland.
