About the Company:
Our client is a leading construction contractor in Ireland, specialising in large-scale residential and commercial developments. With a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, they are now seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 150-unit mixed residential development in Dublin City West.

Role Overview:
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site for a 150-unit mixed residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major project, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Project Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring work progresses in line with the construction schedule.
•    Team Management: Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of work.
•    Health & Safety: Implement and monitor strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
•    Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality, meeting design specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
•    Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring the work is carried out within budget, and report any variances to senior management.
•    Client Liaison: Maintain good communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
•    Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays on-site and take immediate action to resolve problems efficiently.
•    Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, delays, or any concerns that may impact the project timeline.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential developments, ideally with experience in mixed-use projects.
•    In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
•    Full driving licence and own transport.

Desirable:
•    Experience working in Dublin or the greater Leinster area.
•    Knowledge of local building regulations and planning procedures.
