A reputable main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential development based in Cherrywood. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential schemes from groundworks through to RC Frame structures and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management responsibility, reporting to the Contracts Manager.
- Oversee all site operations including groundworks, RC Frame construction, and follow-on trades.
- Coordinate all subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget.
- Ensure works comply with all planning, building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with the design team, client representatives and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress on site.
- Monitor quality control and manage snagging and handover process.
- Maintain site records, progress reports and manage site logistics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor or developer.
- Strong experience delivering RC Frame residential projects.
- Solid knowledge of groundworks and civil packages.
- Trade background or construction-related qualification.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
