This role is with a respected and fast-growing residential developer, who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a major apartment development in the North West area of Dublin.
This is a high-value, multi-storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame project that will deliver a substantial number of high-quality residential units as part of the company’s expanding Dublin portfolio. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring that quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
- Ensure the project runs in line with programme, budget, and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with design teams, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure information flow.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Manage site records, reports, and weekly progress meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role.
- Strong background in RC frame apartment developments or large-scale residential builds.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and H&S legislation.
