A well-established and highly regarded construction contractor, known for delivering high-quality residential and multi-unit developments across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a student accommodation and apartments project in Limerick.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale student accommodation/apartment development
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain high levels of health & safety and site compliance
- Oversee inspections, snagging, and quality control through all stages of the build
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and drive productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential, apartments, or student accommodation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishes for multi-unit developments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Relevant construction qualifications and site certifications (Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent)
