Job Title: Site Manager – Healthcare Project
Location: Cong, Co. Mayo
Contract: Temporary Contract
Salary: €75,000 – €80,000 + Vehicle & Benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly respected main contractor on a healthcare construction project in Cong, Co. Mayo.
This role is offered on a temporary contract and would suit a driven professional with a strong background in managing complex builds in regulated environments.

You will be working with a contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects, with a long-standing reputation for professionalism, safety, and collaborative project delivery across Ireland.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall site management and coordination of subcontractors
- Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Managing programme, quality control, and site documentation
- Liaising with the project team, consultants, and client representatives
- Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, hospital, or similar regulated projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts
- Relevant construction qualification (Degree / Trade background advantageous)
