Project: High-rise Residential Project (3 years)
Location: Sandyford, Co. Dublin

A highly respected and long-established property development and construction group, renowned for delivering landmark residential and mixed-use developments, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-rise residential project in Sandyford.

The Role
- Full day-to-day management of a high-rise residential construction project
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures and site compliance
- Manage programme targets, sequencing, and site logistics
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality control, snag management, and timely handover of works
- Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects
- Previous experience on high-rise or multi-unit developments is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications and tickets (Safe Pass, SMSTS/CSCS or equivalent)
