A long-established and highly respected construction and insulation specialist is seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality housing and retrofit projects in partnership with main contractors and local authorities, this company has built a solid pipeline of secured work across Cavan, Monaghan, Meath, Louth, and Dublin.

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across residential new-build and retrofit projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure programme targets are met
- Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship on site
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and design teams
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and records
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction (housing or retrofit experience desirable)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines
- Good technical understanding of drawings and specifications
- Full driving licence (essential)
