A highly regarded residential developer and contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of one-off residential developments across Dublin. The company has been operating successfully for many years and is well known for its attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and professional delivery of bespoke homes.
With a strong pipeline of projects across Dublin, this role offers long-term, stable work for the right candidate and the opportunity to be involved in a range of interesting, high-spec residential builds.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of residential construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Projects will include individual bespoke houses and small residential builds, requiring a proactive manager who is comfortable overseeing projects from groundworks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
- Monitor programme and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Maintain quality control and ensure excellent finishing standards
- Manage site documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Experience delivering high-quality houses or small residential developments
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of Irish building regulations and construction processes
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
