Job Title: Site Manager

Project: Residential/Restoration
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + vehicle etc
A well-established and highly respected construction contractor based in Co. Cork is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 20-unit housing development along with associated restoration works.
With a strong reputation built over many years delivering high-quality residential and restoration projects across Munster, this contractor is known for its attention to detail, strong client relationships, and ability to deliver projects to the highest standards. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are now looking to strengthen their site management team.
The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the construction of a 20-unit residential development alongside restoration works
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site labour
- Ensure works are delivered on schedule and to specification
- Maintain and enforce health & safety standards on site
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor progress and maintain site documentation and reporting
- Ensure all works comply with building regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Experience managing housing developments and restoration works is advantageous
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
- Full driving licence
