We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager / Project Manager to lead a high-profile façade remediation project in the heart of Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex construction and refurbishment schemes to the highest standards.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major façade remediation project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role will require a hands-on leader who can coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities and manage day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor project progress against programme and report regularly to senior management
- Manage quality control and ensure all works meet required specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on façade remediation, external envelope, or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly façade systems and remediation techniques
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum in a busy city-centre environment
- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., degree or trade background)
- Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation
