Salary: Permanent | €85,000–€95,000 + Company Vehicle

An established and highly regarded Irish contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality construction projects is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a variety of residential, school, and refurbishment projects across Co. Dublin. 

With a strong track record of successful project delivery across multiple sectors, this contractor is known for its collaborative culture, high standards of workmanship, and ability to deliver both complex and fast-paced projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

 

The Role

This is a varied and dynamic role involving the management of projects across residential developments, educational facilities, and refurbishment schemes throughout Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple project types
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and direct labour on site
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality assurance
  • Monitor programme progress and proactively resolve issues on site
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage site logistics, materials, and labour requirements
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate site records and reporting
  • Ensure strong communication and coordination throughout project delivery

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
  • Experience across residential, school, or refurbishment projects highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site management, and H&S regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
  • Relevant construction qualification or trade background advantageous
